This Sunday is shaping up to be an incredible day to worship, be together and welcome family, friends and neighbors. As we look ahead, here are a few reminders and requests that will help us create a great experience for everyone.
Easter is a unique opportunity. We gather to declare through praise, Scripture and fellowship that Jesus is risen. It’s estimated that 50% of adults in our country will attend worship this Sunday, with many being unchurched or not regularly attending. That’s a significant opportunity to welcome and share the best news we have.

Let's Talk About Seating
We are anticipating a large crowd. While we will have 421 chairs available, we need everyone’s help to create as much space as possible.
Please sit toward the front and in the front wings. We have temporary chairs set up. Let's make sure Heritage folks are sitting in these, if necessary. This is the biggest help. It may take you out of your usual spot, but that’s a small adjustment for a big impact.
For many guests, one of the more uncomfortable moments is having to move forward into a full room. Let’s remove that barrier by leaving back rows open and filling in from the front and center.
We know many of you will have family with you — that’s a great blessing. As you sit together, please be mindful of other families looking for space as well. Your flexibility helps us welcome others well.

Let's Talk About Parking
Parking will be tight, so any help here goes a long way. If possible, consider consolidating vehicles with your family. We have about 100 parking spots, along with handicap and designated guest spaces.
Guests will naturally park in the front (west) lot near the main entrance, so leaving those spots open is helpful. If you are able, please park in the back (east) lot.
We also have an overflow parking area on the north side of the building off Broadway. Just past the north entrance, you’ll see a marked grass/gravel area available for additional parking. If you are willing, park there when you arrive for the morning to open a spot for others.

Let's Talk About Name Tags
We’re bringing name tags back this Sunday.
Sticker name tags will be available on the credenza when you arrive. We’re asking all Heritage members to wear one. It’s a simple way to help guests quickly identify who is part of the Heritage family and makes it easier to start conversations.
Name tags aren't going anywhere (they never left, actually). Let's start this week with the habit of putting one one each week.

Let's Talk About Inviting
57% of people say that if they were simply asked, they would attend church. That reality is even more true this week.
Have you asked anyone to join you? Have you shared the opportunity to worship and hear God’s Word with a neighbor, co-worker or even a stranger?
Now is the time.
You can click the button below to visit our Facebook Event page. It’s a simple way to share and invite others while also providing clear information about this Sunday. That said, a personal invitation is always best.

This is a special Sunday. It’s a chance to be with family and friends, and also a meaningful opportunity to welcome others into our community.
The egg hunt, in particular, creates a natural space to meet new people, start conversations and extend hospitality. Enjoy the time with your family, but also be intentional about introducing yourself to someone new.
Let’s make the most of it together while we declare what we know to be true: Jesus is alive!
